Luca Gorini while still in high school in Florence, spent his spare time trying to earn his living in trading materials from Prato, wherethe textile industry had been growing since the 50’s, with regenerated wool – his interest in this field starts from there.
He went on to collect high quality “made in the USA”: vintage clothing sold at the American Market as an extension of the PX at the nearby Camp Darby U.S. Army base at the Tuscan harbor of Livorno, where one could find tee shirts. It was there that he discovered Upcycling.
